- Pran Kundalini: The Life Force (Kundalini Activation)

It begins its journey from the root chakra (Muladhara), awakening dormant energy and enhancing physical health and emotional balance. Tivra-Tivra Shaktipat (Intense-Intense Grace)
- This highest level of Shaktipat results in an immediate and complete awakening, offering instant liberation (moksha) without further spiritual practice.
- Individuals experience a profound, permanent state of unity consciousness and self-realization, transcending all limitations and duality.
- This level is not given but taken by those who are ready, I take you to the door if you are ready in the awakening trainings and courses. Very few reach this level and those that seek it as a goal never will.
Tivra-Madhya Shaktipat (Intense-Medium Grace)
- This powerful awakening accelerates the path to liberation but requires some spiritual practice for stabilization and integration.
- While the journey is hastened, residual mental patterns, karmas, and subtle conditioning may still need to be addressed for complete self-realization.
- Just as in the first level, this level is not given but taken by those who are ready, I take you to the door if you are ready in the awakening trainings. Many can each this level however, ironically, only those who have left the egoic ideas of winning and being the best far behind them.
Tivra-Manda Shaktipat (Intense-Mild Grace)
- Although potent, this awakening necessitates significant spiritual practice and discipline to fully awaken and stabilize Kundalini.
- Recipients may experience profound spiritual insights or glimpses of higher consciousness, requiring consistent practice to embody the awakened state fully.
- This level can be attained by nearly everyone in the courses and trainings, assuming they have not forced energies previously mis-working Shakti.
Madhya-Tivra Shaktipat (Medium-Intense Grace)

You can see why there is so much misleading information out there and how so many can word things cleverly to make them seems more than they are, and why not all Shaktipat are equal.
Light Body Energy

Triple Body Energy
Known “in part” as the dan tiens or perhaps too as the physical, mental and emotional bodies depending on the culture. This alone can take you far on your journey and can be liked to the energy of many a Guru or Lama yet is not Kundalini energy, however do not be fooled by how powerful it can be.
